standards and much experience in the industry. You should know that we
stock and ship every item from our own warehouse. Your information is totally
secure from start to finish. Most of our competitors use wholesalers that
"drop-ship" the orders for them and these wholesalers subsequently have
all of your information.

methods do you accept? For immediate shipment please use Visa or Mastercard.
You may also place an order online and then send a check or money order
in later (please see the secure order form for instructions). COD service
is not available.

an order in? You may place an order online and then send a check or
money order in later. After you place your order you will be given an order
number and mailing instructions. Simply write your order number on your
check and mail it in!

What is the return
policy? Due to the customized nature of these products, all sales are
final. Should you receive a defective item, contact Customer Service within
5 days. We will arrange for return of the original item at no cost to you
and we will immediately send you a replacement. Defective items can only
be replaced by the exact same model.

it take to receive a purchase? We offer standard, and express service.
The average delivery time for standard service is 1-2 weeks. Express service
is available and average delivery time is 2-5 business days.

Which freight
companies do you use? In order to provide the best possible service
we use a combination of FedEx, UPS and US Mail.

Do you provide
tracking numbers or shipping confirmations? If you provide a valid
email address you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking
number the day that your package is shipped (excluding standard USPS delivery).

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. International orders (except Canada) are shipped by Airmail and delivery
time is 2-4 weeks. An additional shipping charge of $40 per order applies.
Orders to Canada are shipped Airmail or UPS and require an additional charge
of $10. Normal delivery time is 2-3 weeks. All prices are quoted in US
dollars.

the age requirement for credit card purchases in your jurisdiction.
