Delivery Time
We normally send your package
USPS Express delivery. The average delivery time for Express delivery service
is 2-3 days.
Non-Continental USA and
International Orders
Orders to Canada are shipped
Via Airmail or UPS and require an additional charge of $10.00
Over seas deliveries, an
additional $40.00 per order applies.
Normal delivery time is
2-3 weeks. All prices are quoted in US dollars.
Tracking your package
After placing an order that
will be shipped by UPS or the US Postal Service, you can find the tracking
link to your shipped order by logging into your account and viewing its
status.
International Orders
To help insure that international
orders are received, we ship all products without covers or labels. Please
note, international customers must have equipment that is compatible. Returns
cannot be accepted based on incompatibilities.
Return
Policy
Sealed packages: Because
we cannot accept returns of products once they have been opened, before
opening each product please check its packaging and label carefully to
be sure you received the correct product and version. If the original packaging
and seal is still intact, you may return the product to us within 30 days
from purchase for merchandise credit (excluding shipping and handling charges),
subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping to us is at your own expense.
Defective Returns:
If your product is not functioning properly, please call our Customer Support
Department at 407-383-9389 as soon as possible (but not later than 30 days
from purchase). In such case, we will replace the product with an even
exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability. Replacement
items ship the same day the defective item is received and inspected by
our Returns Department.
All products returned to
us must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued
by us within 30 days of your original invoice date. After 30 days from
purchase we can no longer issue an RA. RA's expire in 15 days after they
are issued and cannot be extended or re-issued. All returned products must
be 100% complete in original packaging. A valid RA number must be written
clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or
unauthorized returns will be refused. |
