Ordering with us is easy and secure. Follow these simple steps to place your order: 
 

1. Click the 'Add to Cart' button located on any product page to add items to your cart.
2. Confirm the quantity then, Click the 'Click here to ADD item(s) to Cart' button.
3. When you've finished shopping, click the 'Check Out' tab at the top right of any page.
4. Input your personal and shipping information.
5. Select form of payment.
6. Click the 'Proceed with Order' button.
7. Provide your payment information.
8. Click 'Submit Order'.

Payment Options

Credit Cards
We accept Visa and MasterCard. When you're ready to check out, pull down the appropriate card name from the pull down menu and enter your card information into the fields. You can safely enter your entire credit card number, our secure server encrypts all submitted information. Your credit statement and invoice will refer to ZTEC Industries.

Check or Postal Money Order
We accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. Dollars for all orders. When you're ready to check out select the 'pay by check' on the payment page and submit your order. You can send your payment to the following address:

Be sure to include your order number on the check or money order to expedite processing. Order paid by check or money order take longer because we don't ship the order until the funds clear. 

Availability
In most cases all items are in stock and available for shipping upon order placement. If any delay is expected you will be notified by email within 12-24 hours of order placement.

Available
Your item is in stock and it will be shipped within 2 business days.

Backorder
We try our hardest to ship backordered items as soon as possible but our suppliers do not give us an arrival date. We will let you know when the product is shipped. You are free to cancel backordered items by sending mail with your order number and request by sending an email to: sales@ztecindustries.com

Cancelled
When your order has been cancelled, you will not be charged for it. Your order may be cancelled by us if the product requested is no longer available.
